Disabling iPad/Mobile Website

I was wondering how/if we can disable the mobile side of the site, thus forcing people who jump on our site on an iPad or other mobile device to go to our normal page.

  Customers are sending feedback about finding it difficult to use the mobile version of our website. They comment on scrolling & picture loading difficulties.
