how can i add an extra id number box or is there somewhere where buyers can put the serial number of precise goods (photos)?

  If you want to ask extra questions about the products your customers are buying, you can click on any product and then choose the 'Options' tab, then 'New Question' from there. 

  From there you can choose the question you want to ask and the type of input the customer will fill out.
