There is currently a connectivity issue affecting services hosted in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) Sydney Data Centre. Only a very small subset of our infrustructure is hosted in Sydney. Services affected are:
- The small subset of hosted websites where merchants have requested hosting in Australia
- The legacy ezimerchant Professional GTS (Global Transaction Server), which will affect checkout and order download on ezimerchant Professional sites.
Unfortunately the outage is beyond our control. We are monitoring the situation, currently awaiting an update from Amazon Web Services.
We are also seeing if it is possible to route some of the services around the problem.
The outage is not just impacting our services. Other major sites hosted in AWS are also down.

Although the AWS Status page shows the incident is not fully cleared, all of our systems are operating optimally.
We will continue to monitor and close the incident once Amazon close theirs
