FAQ applies to:
ezimerchant Professional version 4
ezimerchant Professional only stores a links to the location of product images on your hard drive, not the images themselves.
When moving ezimerchant Professional to a new computer it may be impossible to place the images into exactly the same path as they were on the old computer.
Image Relocation Utility
To fix this problem follow these steps:
- copy all your product images into a folder on the new computer, e.g. C:\WebsiteImages
- Download ImageRelocation.exe (link at the bottom of this FAQ)
- Close ezimerchant Professional
- Run ImageLocation.exe
- Browse to your store file (most likely C:\Program Files\ezimercpro\Websites\Online Store 1\store.mdb
- Select the path where you put the images
- Click Go
