ezimerchant Professional version 4
This FAQ will demonstrate the complete order experience from the end customers perspective.
STEP 1
Your customer visits your website in a web browser.
STEP 2
They select products they wish to order and add them to the shopping cart one by one.
STEP 3
Once they have added the required products to the shopping cart they have the option to 'proceed to checkout'. When they click on this link they are transferred from your web site directly across to the ezimerchant Professional Global Transaction Server (GTS).
STEP 4
The GTS server will display the secure checkout url and display the secure padlock at the bottom of the screen...
The GTS order process is split into four steps.
- Collection of billing and delivery address details
- Confirmation of order and collection of payment details
- Order processing stage (where the order is stored in our GTS database)
- Order confirmation page
