Where is all the help and instructions for "NEW USERS"

    Hi Noel,

    We have never received any support requests from you. If we had, we would have gladly helped.

    To access your account without the verify account link, you can go to the login page, click "Forgot Password" and enter your email to receive a password reset email, which will let you set a password for your account.

    We've had no other reports of the verify link not working. Could you please forward your verify email to support@ezimerchant.com so that we could check it out?
