ezimerchant is currently experiencing routing issue with the Telstra network, this is not affecting everyone as the servers healthy and the system is running at optimal speed when using other ISP, the only merchants that will experience this routing issues are anyone that is using the telstra network.
If your experiencing problems with your site, it is due to the telstra network, we are now in contact with them to sort this issue out.
This shouldn't be long please hang tight as this issue is currently being worked on.
Telstra have rectified the issue. It was a problem with their proxy.
