There is currently an outage affecting the ezimerchant servers.
It has been confirmed as being an issue at the data centre where the servers are hosted.
We will provide additional information as soon as our service provider provides updates.

Connectivity has been restored, although we have yet to get the all clear from our service provider.
The problem has been resolved. It was a fibre connectivity issue affecting the entire data centre where the ezimerchant servers are hosted.
The issue has retured. We are awaiting an update from the affected data centre.
Service has been restored. Awaiting official all clear.
Service has been fully operational since the last update and continues to be. We have received confirmation from our provider that it is fully resolved. We have requested a full report of the cause so that we can work towards avoiding a repeat of the incident.
