We are currently experience an outage on the Global Transaction Server (GTS). We are working on this right now to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
This will affect:
- your ability to download Orders/Update the GTS on your ezimerchant Version 4 control panel
- the ability for customers to checkout past the cart page on your site
This does not affect:
- your website frontend/web hosting (product and category pages, cart view etc)
- anyone using our web version of ezimerchant
We will update this page as the situation changes and contact those who have called through. We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience.

Full functionality has been restored.
The outage was caused by the Microsoft Update Service consuming all available processing power on the GTS front-end server. This was compounded by a fault on Amazon Web Services relating to multiple network interfaces causing the server to be unreachable after a restart.
Restoring functionality required implementing a replacement server.
We have put measures in place to ensure that these types of events will not cause such a lengthy outage in the future.
