We are please to announce that ezimerchant now has a support portal to coincide with the release of our new website. The support portal will allow merchants to:
- create feature requests that can be voted up by other merchants
- create new topics for discussion by the community
- create new feedback topics
- lodge tickets with out support staff (emails sent to email@example.com are also turned into tickets)
- add tips and tricks that will benefit others.
