Internet Explorer 9 and below are outdated browsers.
Internet Explorer 9 (released 2011), Internet Explorer 8 (released 2009), and below are outdated. Because of this they are prone to security flaws, slow loading, spyware and may not display all features of websites.
The ezimerchant control panel maintains product, order and customer data. To keep you and your customers safe, we have restricted access to the ezimerchant control panel from outdated browsers.
So what are my options?
Upgrade to a modern browser.
When you use a modern browser, such as Google Chrome, updates are performed automatically. You will always be running the latest version with the most up to date security and the fastest speeds.
Many large corporations have been removing support for these outdated browsers, and ezimerchant is following suit. For example: Google Apps has removed support for IE8.
But I can't tell my customers to upgrade their browser. How will they checkout?
ezimerchant checkout and your ezimerchant website are compatible with all browsers.
How do I upgrade?

Go to this link: https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/ and follow the instructions to download and install Google Chrome.
We recommend you set Google Chrome as your default browser (you will be asked this during setup). Using common sense and a modern, up to date browser to browse anywhere on the internet is the best way to protect yourself, especially when using websites that handle sensitive information like banking and credit card details.
What about other modern browsers?
Other modern browsers, like Firefox and Safari are also able to be used with ezimerchant. Only Internet Explorer 9 and below are restricted.
