Subcategory Traversal

The ability to move a subcategory into a another parent category is not working.
Workaround:
Create a new category in the spot you want, and populate the products back into that category.

This is now working. You can select categories in the 'Categories' tab and click the 'Move' button, you will then be able to specify what category to move the items to.
