We are please to announce that ezimerchant now has a support portal to coincide with the release of our new website. The support portal will allow merchants to:

• create feature requests that can be voted up by other merchants
• create new topics for discussion by the community
• create new feedback topics
• lodge tickets with out support staff (emails sent to support@ezimerchant.com are also turned into tickets)
• add tips and tricks that will benefit others.
