How do I update my registration details? (example: address details)

FAQ applies to:

ezimerchant Professional version 4

Updating all your registration details can be done via the ezimerchant Registration Wizard.

Details such as these can be updated:

  • Contact Name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • email
  • Credit Card details we use for billing the GTS fee
  • Website name
  • Username and Password for the GTS

For updating all your account registration details is via the 'Web Site Registration' wizard that can be accessed from the main screen in ezimerchant. You can view and update all your registration information instantly in the web site registration wizard.

Step 1

From the main screen in ezimerchant Professional click the 'Registration Details' option...

Click the Next button...

Choose the top option and click next...

Update any details that require updating and click next...

Update any details and click next...

If you wish to change your username and password tick the box and enter new username and password details then click next.
Note: If you do not wish to change your username and password, don't tick the box, just click next...

Select the most appropriate option and click next...

If you wish to update the credit card details we use to charge you for the monthly GTS fee, tick the box and enter your new card details. If you dont wish to update the credit card details, just click next...

ezimerchant Professional now needs to send all these updated details to the ezimerchant GTS server. Please ensure you are connected to the internet and click the Update GTS button...

Enter your current username and password and click OK to update the GTS...

ezimerchant will communicate with the GTS server and display the following message once communication is complete. Click the Close button to finish...
