Having problem accessing your templates via web drive? here is another solution.

Step 1

Download the installer attached

Step 2

Once Installed you will need to right click 'Http/WebDAV' and select new and Http/WebDAV 

Step 3

Name It

Step 4

Right click on created name and select Properties

Step 5

This is where you will need to enter secure.ezimerchant.com in the server address and then in user & password it's simply just your ezimerchant login details as screen shot shows.

Once connected you will see your merchant folder where you can access your template files.
