How can I upload to a different website

I would like to upload to a different wed address that I own. However when I try to changw this I get the following message --
Error couldn't get file access - figure out what can go wrong and offer options

Regarding v5 sometimes we have hosting compatibility issues, but good thing is with v5 hosting is included with the catalogue management. what is the domain name of the new website your trying to upload? for me to create hosting I will need your domain name and also your merchant number for me to attach the hosting to
This still doesn't seemed to be fixed? I am still getting this error with new website?
Hi Ben,
Unfortunately it's not we still experience some hosting compatibility issues. However we can create hosting on our end and can link that to your existing hosting by simply changing the IP of the A record to ezimerchants IP and that way you retain your hosting like your emails with your current hosting provider.
